By accessing or using StayPosted ("the Service"), including the web application, API, and Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
StayPosted is a team collaboration platform that provides task management, real-time messaging, collaborative notes, canvas boards, calendar and event management, AI-powered features, and third-party integrations including Google Calendar sync.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of all content you create within StayPosted, including tasks, notes, messages, and files. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service to you and your team members.
You are responsible for the content you create and share. Do not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.
The Service offers integrations with third-party services such as Google Calendar. When you connect a third-party account, you authorize StayPosted to access and exchange data with that service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You may disconnect integrations at any time from your Settings page.
StayPosted includes AI-powered features such as task extraction, text summarization, and an AI assistant. These features use third-party AI providers to process your requests. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though we may retain certain data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayPosted and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
